Job position 1: [Dutch] Support team (in Geldermalsen, the Netherlands)

Je vervult een essentiele rol om klanten te helpen met vragen en problemen. Belangrijke kenmerken: je hebt technische kennis, goede beheersing van de Engelse taal, je bent sociaal ingesteld en bent flexibel inzetbaar. Verder ben je goed in het werken met diverse online systemen en een IT-rijke omgeving. Er wordt verwacht dat je meerdere dagen per week aanwezig bent in de Ultimaker headquarters, momenteel gevestigd in Geldermalsen.

Job position 2 and 3: [Dutch] Production team (in Geldermalsen, the Netherlands)

Ben je nauwkeurig, leergierig en kwaliteitsbewust, heb je geen problemen om je handen uit je mouwen te steken? Kan je werken in een snel veranderende omgeving? Is het antwoord op deze vragen ja, neem dan contact met ons op. We zoeken met name mensen met enthousiasme, sociaal ingesteld en die goed in een jong team past. Ook verwachten we: flexibiliteit (processen veranderen snel) en de wens om goed werk af te leveren aan de klanten! Er wordt verwacht dat je meerdere dagen per week aanwezig bent in de Ultimaker headquarters, momenteel gevestigd in Geldermalsen.

Job position 4: [International] Community manager
The Ultimaker community is a strong one. A lot of people are very passionate about 3D printing and advancing the technology. You will facilitate the community by blogging about contributions and achievements, retweeting, Google+ing, assigning moderators, etc. Are you fluent in web 2.0 systems and social media? Job position 5, 6, 7: Interns for research projects

Do you want to create cutting edge innovations in digital fabrication technology? If you’ve worn out a few allen keys, if you rip things apart to build something new, you are the one we’re looking for. If you live in the Netherlands, that’s an important benefit.

Job position 9: Office manager (Geldermalsen, NL)
We are looking for a dedicated, independent, proactive person that will support the team to allow us to do the impossible. You are a real team-player, are very good with people and able to troubleshoot problems. You also answer phone calls, help with scheduling, etc.

Where?
We have two facilities: one is the HQ near the Geldermalsen train station in the Netherlands. The other is a space we rent from the University of Tilburg, NL.
